Worrying

I've always been a worrier. Ruminating about possible outcomes, decisions to make, things on my to do list etc.

Someone once told me - worrying is like a rocking chair, it gives you something to do but gets you nowhere.

I've learned how destructive worrying is because our feelings are always attracting to us more thoughts and circumstances of that same frequency.

When we're focused on possible negative outcomes, we're literally drawing to us those experiences.

The trick is to stay present, don't follow these thoughts down the rabbit hole. And start to turn the worrying into wondering "What if it all works out perfectly?"

REMEMBER: Where you place your attention is where you're placing your energy.

Where do you want to place your precious energy?!
