Gifts

It’s my opinion that every challenge in life is happening FOR us to help us evolve and expand.

I also believe that within every challenge is a gift.  And the bigger the challenge, the bigger the gift.

What do you focus on when faced with challenges?  Because what you focus on and the meaning you give it is what is creating your reality.

What if you can train yourself to always look for the gift inside of a challenge?  You would meet life’s problems very differently.  Maybe you would even get excited about a challenging situation because you KNEW it had a gift in it somewhere for you.

Remember this when you’re faced with things you would prefer not to be because they seem difficult.  Can you look for the gift in it?
